From signup to first published SKU in 15 minutes.

1. Pay for a Pack

Go to pricing. Pick Pack S if you are starting small — €149 covers 100 SKUs. You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout. Use any card. VAT calculated at checkout.

2. Check email for magic link

Within 30 seconds of successful payment, Otto emails a magic-link sign-in to the address you paid with. Click it. No password required. The link expires in 60 minutes — if it does, request a new one from /app.

3. Open the setup wizard

First sign-in drops you into the 9-step wizard:

1. Confirm company name and billing email
2. Pick target shop platform (Woo, Shopify, Magento, Shopware, PrestaShop)
3. Enter shop URL
4. Enter credentials — see the connector docs for exact fields per platform
5. Test connection — Otto writes a dry-run product and deletes it to verify permissions
6. Pick style pack (studio-light, studio-soft, lifestyle-editorial, lifestyle-casual)
7. Pick copy languages (DE always included; EN default on; FR on Pack L+)
8. Confirm target category path
9. Finish — wizard hands off to intake

4. Upload your first SKU

Intake offers three modes:

• PWA — open the intake URL on your phone, bookmark to home screen. Pick a SKU code, take the photo, submit.
• PDF upload — drag a supplier PDF onto the intake screen. Otto parses pages and extracts SKUs.
• CSV + images bundle — ZIP a CSV plus an images folder. Otto maps by filename convention.

5. Review

Once the batch finishes generating, you get a notification (email + in-app). Open the review UI, work through frames. One-click approve or regenerate. Bulk-approve a batch with keyboard shortcuts.

6. Publish

Approved SKUs publish in batches to your shop. First publish triggers a confirmation email with direct links to each product page. Verify one, then keep going.
