What buyers ask before paying.

What counts as a SKU?

One product identity. Colour variants count once. Size variants count once. A product with ten colours and four sizes is one SKU.

What happens after I pay?

Stripe redirects to a magic-link email. No password. Sign in, open the setup wizard, start uploading.

Can I stack Packs?

Yes. Buy another Pack at any time. Allowance adds to your balance. Unused SKUs do not expire.

Refunds?

If the first 10 SKUs do not meet your standards after one regen each, we refund the full Pack. B2B rules, no questions asked.

VAT?

Listed prices exclude VAT. VAT added at checkout based on your billing address. Reverse-charge for B2B within the EU.
